About our products
The design of the delivered product is slightly different. Since the photograph of the reserved product is a sample product, the specifications, processing, size, etc. may differ slightly from the actual product.
The image of the product is posted in a colour as close to the actual product as possible, but it may look different from the actual color depending on the monitor settings of the personal computer used and the manufacturer and model of the mobile phone.

Shipping
Important information for customers from outside of the UK (Except Northern Ireland):
Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, Royal Mail and carriers are currently experiencing delays and a reduction in service levels. Should your parcel be subject to some delays, we kindly ask you to be patient during these unprecedented times.
Orders shipping to EU countries are currently subject to delays due to new Brexit regulations and custom clearance procedures.
Please note that customers outside of the UK may be required to pay import duties/local sales taxes; these are not included in the price of the goods you purchase and we cannot be responsible for the payment of these fees. All International customs and import duties are the responsibility of the person purchasing. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.
These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Should local import taxes and charges remain unpaid, causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will be entitled to deduct any cost incurred in recovering the parcel from any refundable amount. Also, please note that if the parcel cannot be returned to us due to unpaid local import charges and taxes, no refund will be issued.
Please note that we don't have visibility of custom costs.

A shipping fee of £12 will be charged for each order with in the UK, £22 will be charged for each order for the rest of the world. The delivery companies will be TNT/ UPS/ DPD/ Royal Mail.
After shipping the product, it may take about 7-15 days to deliver it depending on the area where you live.

We cannot accept changes to your order after your order has been completed.
Returns & Refund policies
We cannot accept cancellations after confirming your order.
No cancellation due to customer convenience can be accepted.
We do not accept any returns or refunds for unauthorised returns. ( If you refuse to receive it, we will charge a round trip shipping fee.)
In the unlikely event that a product is defective or is damaged due to soiling at the time of shipment, we will accept replacement of the product.
If you wish to exchange according to the above items, please contact us here within 7 days after the product arrives.
Exchanges cannot be accepted after 7 days of arrival, so please check the status of the product immediately after it arrives.
We will bear the shipping cost for defective products.
Please note that refunds are not accepted for any reason on items purchased through sales or coupons.
